OMMO Analytics Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OMMO Analytics, you accept these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

You are responsible for the activity in your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Multi-user workspaces are billed and managed per the workspace owner.

Don't reverse-engineer the service, don't probe for vulnerabilities except via our coordinated disclosure program ([email protected]), don't use the service to harm others, and don't attempt to extract data you don't own.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are pro-rated to the start of the current billing period if cancelled within seven days; otherwise we honor service through the end of the period.

Either party may terminate at any time. We export your data on request before termination. After termination, we retain backups for 30 days and then permanently delete.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in the federal or state courts of Delaware unless the customer's regulatory environment specifies otherwise.
