By the volume of activity (orders, ad spend, picks, shipments — whichever metric matches the product). Plus a managed-services tier for customers who want our integration team to handle setup and ongoing tuning.

What's included

All connectors, all dashboards, all integrations from day one. We don't unlock features by tier — bigger customers pay for capacity and dedicated support, not for features.

FAQ

What counts as a 'connected source'?

Any integration you enable — your storefront, an ad account, a POS, an ERP, a support helpdesk. One Google Ads account = one source, regardless of how many campaigns sit inside.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period.

What happens if I exceed my tier's limit?

We reach out before any overage. Most customers upgrade at that point rather than pay overage fees.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual billing saves you two months (~17%). It's reflected in your quote.

How do I cancel?

From in-product Settings, or by emailing [email protected]. We end billing at the end of the current billing period and export your data on request.

Is there a refund policy?

We pro-rate refunds if you cancel within seven days of the billing period. After that we honor service through the end of the period.

What does support include?

All tiers include email + Slack support during business hours. Larger tiers add a dedicated Slack channel and named account lead. Critical issues route through PagerDuty 24/7 regardless of tier.
