Which networks are supported?
Today we read, edit, and create on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Amazon, and Reddit. We add networks fast — X, Apple Search, Spotify, Quora, Criteo, Taboola, and Outbrain are on the roadmap to reach 16 in the catalog.
How does account connection work?
Standard OAuth. Click 'Connect Meta', authorize, you're done. We never see passwords, never ask for API keys.
Can I launch campaigns from OMMO?
Yes — in C-3. C-1 is read-only. C-2 adds editing (pause, change budget, delete). C-3 creates new campaigns. C-4 adds an AI-assisted 'no ad knowledge needed' mode.
How is ROAS calculated?
We join spend from the platform with revenue from your warehouse (Salla / Shopify / ERP), not the platform's self-attribution. So you see the number you actually use at the end of the week, not the one each platform wants to show you.
What about agencies and multi-client?
Agency mode is built in from day one — separate accounts, separate billing, scoped roles. An account manager only sees their clients; admin sees everything.
How much data do you retain?
Three years on the plan tiers. Export to BigQuery / Snowflake is supported on the agency tier.
